We ship primarily through USPS Priority Mail & USPS Express. We do ship UPS and FedEx if requested, but the cost will be billed directly to the customers account with UPS or FedEx. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not offer returns. If your item was damaged in shipping please contact us so we can create a claim & either replace the item or refund your money. Contact shipping@mrsfreund.com with inquires regarding this. 

If an item is returned to us without an RMA, the item will not be returned or refunded.
